Before I began my inner child healing journey, I didn’t even realize how much of my adult pain was rooted in childhood wounds I had buried deep. I wore strength like armor, but inside I felt stuck—constantly triggered, emotionally exhausted, and disconnected from my true self.
Working through my inner child healing with the support of Reiki transformed my entire life. It gave me the space to listen to that little girl inside me—the one who just wanted to feel safe, seen, and loved. I learned how to nurture her, comfort her, and give her the voice she never had.
The process was raw, emotional, and deeply sacred. But through it, I reclaimed my power. I found compassion for myself. I finally understood that healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
Today, I stand in my truth as The Reiki Mama. I’ve dedicated my life to helping others reconnect with their inner child and awaken their inner healer. Because when you heal your inner child, you heal generations—past, present, and future.
